Carol Lee Wallis
Carol Lee Wallis loves the state she calls home, Florida, but even more than that she adores Citrus County and wants to share it with others who may not have discovered its natural beauty or friendly atmosphere.
Carol Lee has been a Corporate Event Planner since the mid 70s handling corporate business meetings and special events for JSI Investments in Colorado Springs, Danka Industries and for C & D Printing Company both located in the Tampa Bay Area in Florida. She also coordinates The Revolutionary River Blast on the Homosassa River and the Red Eagle Lodge Harvest Festival in Citrus County, FL. Two very successful events that are now in their fourth and fifth years respectively.

| Carol Lee holds a business degree and loves taking continuing education classes including being certified as a Eco-Heritage Guide through the University of North Florida and a graduate of Dale Carnegie and Citrus County’s Leadership Citrus program. She has been a Notary in the State of Florida since 1988 and enjoys officiating at weddings.
Her love of travel and entertaining are the perfect combination to do tourism marketing and she has hosted many business and association events, senior tour groups, veterans groups, military reunions, church groups. Carol Lee and her staff will attend to even the smallest detail assuring her "guests" a wonderful experience.
Volunteer work is a second career for Carol and she has donated countless hours to organizations such as The Citrus County Chamber, Central Citrus Rotary, Citrus Countys CERT program (disaster and emergency preparedness), American Heart Association, Key Training Center and others.
Carol Lee has been honored in Citrus County as Person Of The Year in 1999 the first woman to receive the award, Citrus County Chambers Ambassador of the Year, Central Citrus Rotary Clubs Rotarian of the year 2002, the J. L. Hassell Community Service Award 1998 and the Chamber Lifetime Ambassador Award.
For fun and relaxation Carol Lee aka "The Divine Ms Lee" enjoys singing at numerous local area events and entertaining at local Assisted Living facilities. She also loves to travel both in the states and around the world.

Sherrilee Austin
Grace, elegance, experience and an eye for detail are the attributes that Sherrilee Austin brings to Team Spirit and more specifically to our brand new endeavor Sherris Village Weddings.
Sherri has been working with Carol Lee and the staff on a part time basis since 2002 as project coordinator.
Her eye for detail and organizational skills are perfect for wedding planning.

| Sherri was born in Indiana, grew up in Tampa and worked in the medical field. She married a Naval Officer and moved to California. It was there she worked her way through law school. She currently is a member of the California Bar Association. In 1998 she came to Citrus County to be with her ailing mother and like so many of us fell in love with the lifestyle and natural beauty of the county.
Sherri has volunteered for Hospice, including being a member of the Speakers Bureau and has assisted in fundraising events as well as assisting at Camp Good Hope. She is the manager for Paul Stevio, one of Citrus Countys favorite entertainers.
Team Spirit is honored to have Sherri as part of its staff. When Sherri tackles a special event we know its going to be perfect in every way!

Renee Melchionne
"Hi! Thank you for calling Team Spirit, Renee speaking. How may I direct your call"
Thats the friendly smiling voice youll hear when you call Team Spirit offices. Renee Melchionne our Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator, and Receptionist has been a resident of Citrus County for 12 years.
She has had extensive experience in Customer Service, Retail Sales, Office and Retail Management, cake decorating, Interior Design, Floral Design and arranging. Renee also enjoys a wide range of crafting and singing.

Renee is very active in The Red Eagle Lodge of West Central Florida and serves on the Board of Directors, volunteering many hours participating in educational programs in the Citrus County School System.
Her Native American name is "Dancing Dove" and she is of Northeast Woodland Decent of the Iroquois Confederacy with the Seneca Nation in Pennsylvania and New York States.
Team Spirit is fortunate to have Renees great people friendly skills to meet and greet our clients at Team Spirit, Inc. offices.

Linda M. Cole
Team Spirit considers itself very fortunate to have as its Tourism and Educational Project Coordinator Linda M. Cole. Linda holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and Masters Degree in Elementary Education.
She brings with her a wealth of experience in the Educational field having served Bradford County Pennsylvania as Supervisor of their Day Care Program and taught at both Elementary and Middle School levels in Athens, PA. Other organizations she has donated her time to include United Way, Scouting Programs, Libraries, Little League and other groups.

| Her experience includes 12 years in the United States Army Reserve as an instructor in areas of administration, professional leadership development and logistics. Linda can handle any situation that may develop with our Educational Programs. Her organizational and people skills assures our groups a fantastic experience.
Among her many talents, Linda creates beautiful glass etching and we are pleased to have her work for sale here in our offices. We are confident that our group tours and educational tours will thoroughly enjoy their experience with this dynamic lady!
